An individual one-room residential house is intended for St. Tbilisi, Dighomi village, v. to build in Tsintsadze alley. The area of the plot is 1000 m2.
The project was completed in St. Based on the materials provided by the Tbilisi Urban Planning Office.

The area is almost straight and there is a one-story residential house on it. The project plot is rectangular in shape and its width is quite narrow.
The entrance to the territory is from a narrow side, and the building is therefore located a little deep. There is an open covered parking lot in the front yard.
The terrace in the front yard overlooks the stained glass windows of the common room and the kitchen. The back and front yard are connected by an open passage.
Which makes the yard more convenient and comfortable. The stained-glass windows of the living area and the bedroom look out to the back yard.

The project includes darkening of the building, aluminum windows, which are necessary for the energy efficiency of the building.
