An individual one-room residential house is intended for St. Dusheti, to be built in the village of Aragvispir. The area of the plot is 1500 m2.
The project was completed in St. Based on the materials provided by the Dusheti Urban Planning City Service.

The area is straight and a one-story residential house is located on it in the back yard. The building is a seasonal holiday home, in which it is provided
3 small bedrooms, common room with shared kitchen, laundry. The roof of the house is pitched and covered with tiles, and the facade walls are made of bricks
with fragmentary coating. From a visual point of view, the building is adapted to such an environment.

The project includes darkening of the building, aluminum windows, which are necessary for the energy efficiency of the building.

The customer’s requirements are fully taken into account in the project of the nursing home.
